About Us

Radio Design Group was established in 1992 in Grants Pass, Oregon. A simple start in a small town, the company has maintained the philosophy that no matter how big or small a project, our job is to make the process as simple as possible for us and our customers.

Our staff is made up of a diverse group of individuals, all of whom take personal responsibility for the high quality of work that we produce. Working alongside our engineers are a number of skilled technicians and support staff, including those who are involved in circuit layout, prototype fabrication and debugging, and system testing.

Many of us enjoy radio as a hobby during off-hours, holding Amateur Radio licenses and being actively involved in the "Ham" community. Our work environment is relaxed, promoting efficiency and teamwork through a comfortable setting. Every employee is welcomed as part of the Radio Design Group family.
